Siege of Orgrimmar 03 · Fall of the Vale · MoP Classic 5.4.8
MoP Classic P5 Norushen Guide
Players cleanse corruption through personal trials; outside group handles trial spawns and prevents them from empowering the boss.
Phase Goals
- Batch trials:Enter purification field by list, outside group focuses on entities and essences.
- Resource Control:Assign low-corruption players to soak residual corruption orbs and keep the outer area clean.
- Final phase:After purifying the main force, focus the boss; cover the escalating raid damage in the final phase with raid cooldowns.
Tank, Healer, and DPS Duties
- Tank:Tank swap on Self-Doubt stacks; face Titan Corruption adds away from the raid in the trial.
- Tank:When outside manifestations appear, immediately pick them up; soak residual corruption as assigned.
- Healer:Healing trial requires topping friendly targets and dispelling; raid damage increases later in the outer phase.
- Healer:Players who eat orbs gain corruption; apply mitigation in advance and confirm their remaining capacity.
- DPS:In the trial, handle small adds before large ones and avoid frontal attacks; outside, prioritize entities over the boss.
- DPS:Damage is higher after purification; the main force should complete trials early and save burst for the final phase.
Heroic Mode and WCL Review
- Purification and external reinforcement timing is tighter; any trial delay creates a chain of adds.
- Damage pressure is extremely high at the end; arrange mitigation, healing cooldowns, and personal defensives in a continuous timeline.
- Personal trial entry/exit timings, boss damage before and after Purification.
- Manifestation kill time, essence bolt misses, Blind Hatred damage taken.
