Core Rotation

  • Maintain both diseases, prioritize Obliterate when runes are nearly full, use Frost Strike to dump when runic power is nearly full.
  • Use Killing Machine on the correct ability based on weapon spec, and use Rime procs promptly with Howling Blast.
  • Align Pillar of Frost with trinkets, potions, and stable boss windows.

Mechanics and Opener

  • Rune–Runic Power Loop：Rune abilities generate Runic Power; Frost Strike spends Runic Power and advances the rune cycle; capping either resource causes cascading losses.
  • Killing Machine：Auto attacks trigger guaranteed crit windows. Two-handed builds usually prioritize Obliterate; dual-wield builds handle according to build weights; do not let procs linger until resources overflow.
  • Rime：Makes Howling Blast free and empowered; it is both a single-target proc benefit and a high-value cleave and disease refresh tool.
  • -2 sec｜Potion and confirm whether Ghoul/Army of the Dead are pre-cast according to the raid countdown：Don't let long casts eat into the first round of raid buffs.
